Anna is a neuromusculoskeletal and women’s health specialist Physiotherapist and has experience of working in the NHS and privately since 2006. Anna is specialised in medical exercise therapy and Clinical Pilates from internationally recognised professional institutes. Anna is also co-director of Ribbon Health, a leading and bespoke cancer rehabilitation service in East Anglia. Anna has completed an international accreditation course to become a certified Cancer Rehabilitation Physiotherapist and provides comprehensive Physiotherapy and rehabilitation through all phases of treatment and recovery for all cancer patients on a daily basis.
Anna completed her masters in advanced Physiotherapy in 2016 and has completed additional professional training in Breast Cancer specific Pilates (Pink Ribbon) and Pre and Postnatal Pilates, pelvic floor rehabilitation, pelvic organ prolapse, pregnancy and post-natal physiotherapy. Anna has also provided Occupational Rehabilitation and treated individuals post surgery with complex musculoskeletal injuries for many years. Anna was the physical activity lead for the ‘Move More West Suffolk’ service, a partnership created with a leading cancer charity and West Suffolk Hospital. This service enabled Anna to help many individuals with cancer combat functional and fitness limitations, fatigue and empowering patients to regain control of their life.
Anna is also experienced in delivering Pilates on the Pilates reformer which enhances the training elements of the Matwork exercises and adds another dimension to fitness and rehabilitation. The reformer is particularly versatile as it can be used for both early rehabilitation as well as higher level fitness challenges.

Hayley is a chartered specialist neuromusculoskeletal Physiotherapist with experience of working in both the NHS and private sector since 2006. Hayley’s many years of clinical practice has involved diagnosing, treating and rehabilitating complex injuries and long term conditions. Hayley is also co-director of Ribbon Health, a leading and bespoke cancer rehabilitation service in East Anglia. Hayley has completed an international accreditation course and scholarship to be a certified cancer rehabilitation Physiotherapist and provides comprehensive rehabilitation through all phases of treatment and recovery for all various types of cancers.
Alongside her Physiotherapy degree, Hayley has two masters level degrees in Rehabilitation science and advanced Physiotherapy, gaining MACP accreditation. This is a specialist register of the top 1000 physiotherapists in the UK who have undertaken extensive postgraduate study to reach a recognised standard of clinical excellence in neuromusculoskeletal physiotherapy assessments, treatments and management.
Hayley is also specialised in medical exercise therapy and Clinical Pilates from international institutes and has an extensive background in rehabilitating complex and persistent pain conditions by delivering state-of-the-art biopsychosocial rehabilitation programmes. In 2008 Hayley won a rehabilitation award for reducing sickness absence for staff with musculoskeletal conditions. She has also provided physiotherapy for local GP surgeries and national and military sports teams.
